GVB Leadership Habits™ · Lesson 5
Your Leadership Habits System — 21 Micro-Actions in Rhythm
You now have 21 micro-habits across clarity, trust, alignment, and leadership signals. This lesson turns them into a weekly rhythm you can actually sustain.
Your daily leadership rhythm
Start small. One clarity habit. One trust habit. One alignment habit. One signal habit.
- Morning — Clarity: Name the top 3 priorities and one “non-negotiable” for the day.
- Midday — Alignment: Do a quick check-in: What changed? What stayed the same?
- Afternoon — Trust: Acknowledge one effort or progress you’ve seen.
- End of day — Signal: Ask, “What signal did I send today?” and note one improvement.
Your weekly leadership rhythm
- Monday: Visibility snapshot — where we’re going, what matters this week.
- Midweek: Alignment review — remove one friction point and reset priorities if needed.
- Friday: Trust closure — close loops, send updates, and appreciate real effort.
- Weekend or Monday morning: Short reflection — which habit served you most?
The goal isn’t perfection. The goal is a leadership rhythm your team can feel and trust.
